- AfriConect retains a 5% commission on earnings.
- Users are responsible for any applicable taxes.

5. Termination
- AfriConect reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability
- AfriConect is not liable for user-generated content.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

7. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda.
